The listed prices are the NET values. Add 8% for real estate commissions and 22% for I.V.A. A 20% refundable security guarantee deposit is mandatory.
What is I.V.A.?
Stands for Impuesto Al Valor Agregado, or sales tax.
Is there a minimum commission?
For rentals lower than US$1,000 the fee is US$100, I.V.A. included.
When are deposits refunded?
The deposit is refunded 15 - 30 days after light, water, telephone, gas and other expenses are paid.
Can a rental deposit be made from Argentina for a property in Punta?

Are garden services included in the rental for villas and other single homes?
Responsibility for the lawn and grounds is the owner's.
